We are currently looking for a dynamic, sales-driven, and experienced retail sales associate for our boutique located downtown Burlingame, CA. OBJECTIVE

To create a unique, enjoyable, and personal shopping experience that reflects the Margaret O'Leary lifestyle. Sales Associates are responsible for delivering outstanding customer care, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales by inspiring excitement around our collection. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Client Experience & Sales Deliver warm, personalized service to every client, ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Build and maintain a clientele book through outreach, follow-up, and developing long-term relationships. Drive individual and store sales goals by sharing expert product knowledge and styling advice. Provide thoughtful outfitting suggestions that highlight the versatility and beauty of the collection. Product Knowledge & Store Standards Maintain a deep understanding of the collection, fabrications, and styling opportunities to confidently communicate with clients. Ensure the boutique is always well presented—restocked, clean, and inviting. Assist with sales floor upkeep, restocking, and operational tasks as needed. Team & Communication Partner with fellow associates and management to achieve store goals. Stay informed on company initiatives, promotions, and new arrivals to better serve clients. WHAT WE OFFER
