Responsibilities: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly greeting, build relationships, and offer a personalized shopping experience. Determine customers' needs and provide them with appropriate product choices. Develop and maintain relationships. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Help customers celebrate their most important occasions with a gift of love from Medawar's. Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records. Process payments at the register and handle customer transactions and service issues appropriately. Keep customers informed of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest. Collaborate with the team to accomplish related results and contribute to team effort. Perform store setup and closing operations, including opening and closing the office area and moving jewelry to and from the store safe and display areas. Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Upbeat, positive, and energetic attitude. Must love working with beautiful products. Experience in luxury retail sales, customer service, or retail is preferred. Passion for helping clients celebrate life's special moments with our beautiful products. Strong listening skills and ability to understand and meet client's needs. Dependable, success-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Positive outlook and ability to create a welcoming and fun-loving environment for clients.
