About the Role: As a key brand ambassador, you will deliver exceptional, personalized service to a discerning clientele. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring boutique operations uphold our high standards, and representing the brand at exclusive events. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performing team while contributing to the long-term success of the boutique. Responsibilities: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide outstanding client experiences before, during, and after sales. Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing high-end retail clients. Maintain an immaculate boutique appearance and assist in daily operations. Engage in private client events, art shows, and other offsite brand activations. Keep accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups. Manage daily opening/closing procedures and oversee inventory control. Offer support for after-sales service when necessary. Proactively identify and connect with prospective clients in the community. Collaborate with management on boutique-level promotions and outreach strategies. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end service settings. Proven track record in high-value sales and nurturing loyal customer relationships. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills complemented by strong sales acumen. Polished and professional appearance, in line with high-end brand standards. Native or near-native proficiency in English. Remarkable attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with MS Office and proficiency in using digital tools. Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends (6 days/week). Located in or willing to relocate to Aspen with a commitment to long-term employment.
