Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey from initial contact to after-sales service. Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the overall growth and excellence of the boutique. Requirements Proven experience as a Stylist in luxury retail, preferably in fashion or high-end accessories. Passion for fashion, art, and luxury, with a strong eye for detail and design. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with a diverse clientele. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Commitment to fashion with integrity through impeccable presentation and customer service standards. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required. Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
