We are looking for reliable Assist Account Managers in the Raleigh, NC area to begin work immediately. The schedule for this role is 2nd shift, 5pm - 2am and will require one night on the weekend.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
• Transmit messages and log vehicles
• Data entry and updating loads
• A strong knowledge of Excel- updating and creating spreadsheets
• Check drivers in and out
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
• Other duties as assigned

As an Assistant Account Manager, your goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

Qualifications

• Fast typing with experience in data entry
• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position preferred
• Office administration experience preferred
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
