Staffing Mix: Support Staff and MD

Requirements

Background Experience: 1-2 years’ experience, must have seen 100 patients in the last 24 months
Certifications required: Yes, BC or BE
OR licensed preferred
Credentialing Requirements/Timeframe: 30-60 Days
