KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product & Process: Process transactions and perform basic audits with accuracy and timeliness. Investigate discrepancies and assist in resolving non-routine issues through analysis and collaboration. Support internal teams and customers by providing responsive, knowledgeable service. Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and sharing insights. Participate in small projects and help test new tools or procedures. Risk & Compliance: Follow company policies to protect sensitive information and ensure regulatory compliance. Escalate risks or unusual findings to senior team members. Assist with audit responses and regulatory reporting. Performance & Service: Monitor work quality and share performance updates to help improve team outcomes.
