Our dynamic and growing law firm is looking to add a bright energetic Associate with 3-5 years litigation experience to join our team. Our practice focuses on public entity defense including tort claims cases, employment litigation and constitutional claims. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, and preparing privilege logs. * Conduct and defend depositions. * Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation. * Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. * Maintain strong communication with clients and opposing counsel. *Qualifications:* * J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New Jersey. * 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on discovery. * Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines. *We Offer:* * Competitive salary depending on experience * Health insurance. * 401(k) with employer contributions * PTO and paid holidays. xmcpwfu * Supportive team culture with mentorship and growth opportunities.
