Responsibilities and qualifications may include:
Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, steamers, cook lines, broilers, grills, ovens Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and of great quality, labeled, and stocked Follow directions, recipes, including measuring and weighing Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, dishes, etc Perform opening procedures along with your team Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment Monitor station inventory levels Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to stand for long periods of time while working in a fast-paced, ambient temperature environment Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle tools, utensils, and equipment
