The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all ingredients are prepped and ready for cooking. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and chop ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications. * Assist in the cooking process by preparing sauces, stocks, and other components. * Cooking meals and assembling in a timely manner * Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations. * Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. * Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. * Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages. * Fryolator and griddle use * Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.

*Qualifications* * Previous experience in a kitchen environment or as a cook is preferred. * Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. * Familiarity with culinary techniques and knife skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. * A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes. * Experience in menu planning or as a dietary aide is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
