Requirements:

• Proven cooking experience in a similar role
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods and ingredients
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Familiarity with industry best practices
• Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 10+ hours

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food according to chef's specifications
• Cook menu items in collaboration with kitchen staff
• Follow instructions from executive and sous chefs
• Maintain cleanliness of station and handle leftover food
• Stock inventory and ensure timely food service
• Adhere to sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
