The View Restaurant at Juniper Golf Course is seeking a Banquet Cook/Line Cook. Days and times are based on scheduled events and can vary. Possible morning shift (start no earlier than 6:30 am) and evening shift with some events going into the late evening but most completed by 8 pm. Additional hours are available in the Line Cook position as needed.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience to execute menu items efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food service during peak hours. Handle food items with care, utilizing proper knife skills and techniques.
