Position Overview:

Giana Restaurant is seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and execution of our innovative menu offerings, contributing to our reputation for culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Prepare and execute dishes to the highest quality standards, following recipes and plating guidelines.

- Station Management: Manage a designated station in the kitchen, ensuring all components are ready for service.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes.

- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the culinary team to coordinate and expedite orders.

- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.

- Sanitation: Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changes in menu items, guest preferences, and kitchen dynamics.

- Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant.
