Service and Maintenance
Restocks supplies and ingredients during shifts. Assists with plating and assembling dishes when needed. Sets up and stocks workstation with necessary supplies before service. Maintains cleanliness and organization during and after shifts. Assist with chopping, peeling, portioning, and other simple prep tasks as directed by kitchen leadership. Prepares and portions ingredients for service. Communicates effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service. Assists with training and mentoring less experienced team members. Responds to changing priorities during service. Handles special requests or dietary accommodations with professionalism. Completes other duties assigned by management. Experience/Education
Proven experience as a line chef, cook, or similar role in a professional kitchen. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
