Position Summary

Service and Maintenance

• Restocks supplies and ingredients during shifts.
• Assists with plating and assembling dishes when needed.
• Sets up and stocks workstation with necessary supplies before service.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization during and after shifts.
• Assist with chopping, peeling, portioning, and other simple prep tasks as directed by kitchen leadership.
• Prepares and portions ingredients for service.
• Communicates effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Assists with training and mentoring less experienced team members.
• Responds to changing priorities during service.
• Handles special requests or dietary accommodations with professionalism.
• Completes other duties assigned by management.

Experience/Education

• Proven experience as a line chef, cook, or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
