Cooks play a vital role in keeping our cafés running smoothly by preparing quality food with speed and consistency. They are responsible for making sure orders are completed on time, stations are stocked and organized, and prep work is finished each day. Cooks follow all food safety guidelines, keep the kitchen clean, and handle dishes and storage properly. They work closely with baristas and managers to ensure smooth service, communicate any product or equipment issues, and help with produce orders when needed. Above all, our Cooks show up on time, take pride in their work, and maintain a customer-first attitude in everything they do.

Requirements:


  • Previous cook or kitchen experience
  • Strong organizational skills and accountability in completing all tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
