Position Summary:

We are looking for passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and seamless execution during busy shifts.

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies, ensuring readiness for smooth kitchen operations.

• Ensure food is plated and presented with attention to detail, meeting both visual and taste expectations.

• Assist with ingredient preparation and food prep to support kitchen efficiency and future service needs.

• Monitor inventory levels, promptly reporting shortages or restocking needs to kitchen management.

• Handle and store food items properly to prevent spoilage, maintain freshness, and reduce waste.

• Adhere to portion control standards, contributing to cost efficiency and sustainability efforts.

• Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and skill development.

Qualifications:

• 2 years previous experience as a line cook
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Positive attitude, team player, and able to work collaboratively with others
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
