Responsibilities: Measure food for our various menu recipes Memorize menu items, ingredients, prep and presentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Maintain a working knowledge of kitchen equipment Stock and restock line items needed on and off peak hours Start utilizing your experience and bring new food items to management
