The Line Cook is responsible for preparing food to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and Chef de Cuisines with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and high standard food goals.

Experience/Skills/Knowledge: Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook or Prep Cook Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiar with industry's best practices Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all co-workers Able to perform high-quality work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to go up and down stairs The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Ability to stand for extended periods of time Must be willing to work weekends and holidays Great communication and listening skills Ability to follow directions
