Ox Burger is hiring for a full time Kitchen team member. We are looking for someone with years' experience in a fast paced, high volume kitchen. If you have limited kitchen experience, we are happy to invest our time training you, so don't let that deter you from applying!

We value customer service and consistency of our food/flavors. We aim to serve delicious burgers in a friendly environment.

Job Details include: -Making burgers on the flat top -Deep Frying -Reading and organizing tickets -greeting and serving guests -ability to lift up to 50 pounds -knowledge of Square point of sales

Closing Duties Includes: -Doing all of the Dishes and putting them away -Sweeping, Deck Brushing, and Mopping Floor -Cleaning Flat top grill -Cleaning Fryer -Cleaning Bathroom -Taking out the Trash

QUALIFICATIONS: + years' of kitchen experience is ideal but not necessary -Willingness to take direction, learn and adapt to changing menu/recipes -Basic knife and prep skills -Must be proactive worker who can work unsupervised while maintaining a sense of urgency -Responsible for prioritizing and multitasking projects -Responsible for evening prep as needed

WORK SCHEDULE Hours will be 3pm-11pm. Must be flexible on availability as we are open seven days a week. COMPENSATION -pay is $25 an hour minimum guaranteed ( per hour plus tips) -This is a tip pooling establishment where we total up the tips and divide it by hours worked.
