Viking Tower Pizzeria seeking Pizza Cooks / Pizza Team Members to join the team at our Solvang restaurant. This cozy place has cool vibes, pipping hot pizza, local draft beers, a fun game room and lively jukebox playing all your favorite songs. The pizzas are baked to order and are loaded with delicious fresh toppings. Be apart of hosting fun family gatherings, team dinners, sports events and community get together in our dining area.

Example Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take orders, provide customer service
  • Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
  • Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
  • Wash dishes
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in the food industry, preferably as a Pizza Cook or in a similar role
    Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and cooking methods preferred buy not required
  • Serve Safe or Food Handlers Certification or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be 18 years or older
