position details/responsibilities ... Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures of the daily café operation Receiving, handling, storing, and rotating all food products Set up and stock line stations with all necessary supplies for daily service Follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-level food preparation standards Ensure the proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of all back of house areas here's what we're looking for ... Minimum 5 years as a line cook in a fast-paced work environment Knowledge of health department standards for food service employees Ability to prioritize and solve problems while ensuring a "customer first" mentality Self-motivated individual with a passion for creativity and professionalism Hard-working culinary team member who can multitask in an efficient and timely manner
