Following recipes and maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operation Practicing proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment. Adhering to established cooking methods, portion sizes, and plating techniques to deliver consistent and exceptional dishes. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and functioning. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays Stand and move for the duration of shift. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work near hot surfaces and open flames.
