Individual will prepare a la carte menu items and mise en place in a timely manner while maintaining the highest possible quality standards. Individual is responsible for preparing all products assigned for their work station by the Executive Chef as it related to each station. Works under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on a daily basis.
