Your Role:
As a Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prep & Precision: Stocking fresh ingredients, preparing components before each meal service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Culinary Execution: Preparing food in a timely manner and according to our meticulously crafted recipe cards.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and restocking when necessary.
- Safety First: Adhering to all food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests.
- Team Collaboration: Participating in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Performing other duties as assigned by the head chef or management.
- Ethical Standards: Adhering to all company policies regarding ethics and integrity.
- Experience: At least two years of previous experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
- Certification: Serve Safe or Food Handlers Certification.
- Culinary Knowledge: Proficiency in upscale culinary techniques and recipes.
- Composure Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
