ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate professional for the Life and Health Specialist role. As a customer-focused expert, you will market Life and Health insurance products that protect and benefit customers and their families. Your experience equips you to provide ongoing support and reassurance while growing your income and contributing to the agencys success.

As a trusted resource to the community, you will build strong relationships through personalized service, guiding clients to select coverage tailored to their unique needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Market and sell Life and Health insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage
  • Explain policy details and assist with claims or changes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with the team to support agency growth and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • State Life and Health insurance license required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Life and Health insurance sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex insurance products clearly
  • Proven sales ability and client-focused approach
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Desire to advance within my agency
  • Proficient with computer software
