As a Life Enrichment Associate (Activities Assistant), you're responsible for enhancing the lives and well-being of our Assisted Living residents by providing an engaging and stimulating program that meets their physical, social, and emotional needs.
What Cascade Living and Royalton Place look for in a Life Enrichmet Associate/Community Driver:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess current CPR/AED certification and current Food Handlers or ServeSafe certification
- Experience working in activities preferred
- Compassionate individuals who will represent out community in a positive and professional manner
- Energetic self starter to help plan, organize, and lead daily activities
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
- Compassionate individuals with a positive attitude, willing to offer physical assistance as needed
- Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
What you can expect to do as a Life Enrichment Associate/Community Driver:
- Work with the Life Enrichment Director to develop an activity calendar and monthly newsletter
- Responsible for monthly community decorating for events and holidays
- Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
- Enhance the well-being of residents by providing an engaging and stimulating program that meets their physical, social, and emotional needs.
- Encourage and keep record of participation.
- Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
- Is subject to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$17.25 - $19.25/hour
*Depending on Experience
