All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full time **Schedule:** Full Time, 40 hours per week **Shift** : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, rotating weekends, some call **Location** : Team Blue: This position will be conducting patient home visits in the West Longwood, Lake Mary, Apopka, Mt Dora, Sanford area which includes but is not limited to the following zip codes: 32757, 32777, 32798, 32712, 32768, 32703, 32779, 32746, 32771 Provides vocational nursing services under the supervision of an RN, to patients in their homes. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Performs nursing skills safely and competently. + Performs patient data collection in a holistic manner. + Provides accurate and complete documentation. + Schedules daily visits to facilitate patient needs. + Plans patient care in consultation with Registered nurse. + Assists with patient/caregiver teaching. + Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected changes and the ability to adjust priorities and use resources. + Maintains open communication with RN Case Coordinator and RN Supervisor **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **Minimum qualifications:** + High School Grad or Equiv + **1 medical/surgical** **Preferred qualifications:** + 1 community health nursing + Wound Care Certified + Thirty (30) hours of Florida Board approved IV Therapy Course. + Valid in state Driver’s License with current car insurance This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
