Primary Responsibilities: Conduct intakes and diagnostic evaluations, while preparing and overseeing treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs. Build effective therapeutic alliances to positively influence client outcomes and retention. Utilize your advanced clinical knowledge to guide treatment planning based on individual goals and diagnoses. Implement crisis interventions, stabilization, and de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety. Accurately document all client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide supportive one-on-one counseling and behavioral management interventions as required. Foster a positive atmosphere among staff and clients, contributing to a collaborative culture. Actively participate in group consultations and team meetings with professionalism and preparation. Incorporate feedback from leadership to continuously enhance client care standards. Maintain a full client caseload, achieving an average quota of 28 points weekly. Required Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree in a Behavioral Science-related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work). Current, independent clinical license as a Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT). Basic proficiency in Microsoft products. Ability to adapt to one of the following work models: Onsite (at one consistent location). Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite with a distraction-free home office setting).
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings. Proficiency in clinical documentation and diagnostic assessment. Experience with treatment planning and managing caseloads. Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems like AthenaHealth/AthenaOne. Ability to interpret and share information from regulatory guidelines and policy manuals. Experience in communicating with various stakeholders, including community providers and clients. The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, depending on multiple factors including education and experience.
