Requirements: Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field. Fully licensed by the State Board to provide independent therapy (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Compensation: $70-$92 per hour, with rates determined by the provider's license type, session location, and session types. *Please note that SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists must secure their own locations for in-person sessions, but we can facilitate connections with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
