Requirements: A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Full licensure by the State Board to practice therapy independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Pay: $70-$92 per hour. Pay rates depend on your license type, session location, and type of sessions. *Please note that SonderMind does not provide office space. Therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions, but we can assist in connecting you with other SonderMind therapists seeking to share space.
