Requirements: Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Must hold a full license by the State Board to provide therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Pay: $80-$110 per hour. Rates depend on provider license type, session location, and session types. Please note: SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing locations for in-person sessions. However, we can connect you with other SonderMind therapists who are looking to share space.
