We're hiring a Licensed Therapist or Mental Health Clinician to provide individual therapy (~10 clients), facilitate group sessions, and contribute to a collaborative, purpose-driven environment specializing in Addiction Medicine .

What You'll Do:

Manage a caseload of approximately 10 clients

Lead therapeutic group sessions

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Active Utah licensure: LCSW, CSW, CMHC, or ACMHC (or equivalent)

At least 1 year of clinical experience

Excellent communication and crisis management skills

$83,000-$95,000/year (based on licensure)
