As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Eastside Counseling Center, youll embody our vision to provide a supportive and nurturing environment to individuals, couples and families to help them navigate lifes challenges. **THIS POSITION IS ONLY OPEN FOR WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENTS** Salary: Eastside Counseling Center is a W-2 employer offering a pay range from $44 - $53 an hour 5% increase in pay rate for all hours per pay period with 30 or more client hours per week Benefits: W-2 Employment No cost Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance No cost supervision 401k Life Insurance Paid time off Paid Holidays Sick Leave Hybrid Schedule Credentialing, Billing, Psychology Today Profile, & comfortable office spaces Opportunity for advancement Paid hourly rate for mandatory weekly consults and monthly staff meetings Required Qualifications: Candidates should have WA State clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting - preferred but not required Experience with using the DSM-V or ICD-11 Experiencing working with a diverse client base Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Responsibilities: Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours per week Evaluate clients' mental and emotional conditions through interviews, observations, and assessments Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources Develop and implement treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care Stay current with developments in the field of mental health through continuing education and professional development Attend and participate in paid weekly consult and monthly staff meetings Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43.00 - $52.00 per hour Benefits:
