Creative Resilience is a fully virtual, New York–based group practice committed to relationship‑centered, culturally responsive, and stigma‑reducing mental health care. We’re a small, supportive team of clinicians who value warmth, transparency, and sustainable workloads — and we’re growing.

We’re looking for a fully licensed LMHC who wants to do meaningful clinical work in a practice that genuinely supports both clients and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Use evidence‑based modalities to support client goals
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral sources as needed
• Uphold ethical standards, cultural humility, and inclusive clinical practice
• Participate in team communication and occasional case consultation

Qualifications

• Fully licensed LMHC in New York State
• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field
• Experience with evidence‑based approaches (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual practice workflows
• Diagnostic privilege supervision available if needed
