Kerstetter insurance, LLC an exclusive agent for Allstate Insurance Companies is seeking a full-time employee to work in the office as a customer service representative. The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional service and support to our existing customer base.

This position is Salary + Commission + Bonus

Accurately and consistently provide excellent customer service to our growing agency

Assist customers with policy changes and endorsements

Provide detailed policy reviews for customers

Handle various administrative tasks

Cross Sell policies to existing customers

Develop and maintain centers of influence

A minimum of 1 - 2 year of insurance or related work experience is required.

P&C License is required

Personable, friendly, and energetic with a clear speaking voice.

Proven track record of success, accountability, and reliability
