We're looking for a motivated and licensed Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing State Farm agency in Wixom, MI. This is an in-office role where you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.

What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide fast, accurate, and friendly support for policy changes, billing, claims, and more Educate customers about insurance options through needs-based conversations Assist with onboarding new clients and handling renewals Keep detailed activity reports and communicate progress to the agent

What We’re Looking For: Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license preferred) 1+ year of customer service, sales, or insurance experience Strong communication and people skills A self-starter with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced office setting Team player who is goal-oriented and eager to grow
