Salary Range: $40,000 $60,000 (base plus potential bonuses)

This position is 100% in-office and for local candidates only in or near American Fork, UT

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and value-based conversations that help our business grow. What Youll Do
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service
  • Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, billing, and transfers
  • Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers on insurance options that fit their unique situations
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence every day
  • Provide timely activity reports and stay current with product changes, licensing, and continuing education

Required Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Active Life & Health license
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • People-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
  • Comfortable learning computer systems and working in a team environment
  • Dedicated to providing remarkable customer service with pride in accuracy and timeliness


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in insurance customer service, sales, or related field
