What We Seek We are looking for independently licensed clinicians who are eager to make a meaningful impact while growing with us. Ideal candidates include: Providers willing to conduct 25+ sessions a week

Behavioral health generalists (with support for seeing couples/children)

Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while valuing team collaboration

Those interested in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory roles

Individuals with a strong commitment to integrity and quality care

Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts

Must be a resident and licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation: Up to $124,300, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus incentives.
