Who We're Looking For We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Colorado who are passionate about making a difference and growing with us. We're particularly interested in candidates who: Are willing to manage 25+ sessions per week Are behavioral health generalists (comfortable working with couples/children, with our support) Value autonomy while enjoying being part of a collaborative team Are interested in taking on clinical leadership or supervisory roles Exhibit strong character—integrity, openness, and unwavering commitment to quality care Qualifications: Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW license in Colorado Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided Compensation: Up to $105,700, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonus opportunities.
