What We're Seeking We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in California who are passionate about making a difference and eager to advance with us. Key qualities we value include: Providers willing to see 25+ clients weekly Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children, with our support Clinicians who appreciate autonomy but also enjoy teamwork Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities A strong commitment to integrity, openness, and exceptional care

Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW in California Must reside and hold licensure in the state where services are provided

Compensation Package: Up to $115,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus potential.
