What We Seek We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Delaware who are eager to make a difference and grow alongside us. We have a strong interest in candidates who: Are ready to conduct 25+ sessions per week.

Are behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our backing.

Aspire to take on clinical leadership or supervisory roles.

Exhibit strong character traits such as integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW in Delaware.

Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services will be provided.

Compensation: Up to $108,800, depending on licensure, session volume, and available bonuses.
