Thriveworks is excited to invite Licensed Clinicians to deliver a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions. This role is based in Owings Mills, MD, and offers a generous $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians available for 25+ hours a week.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Maryland who are eager to make a significant impact and grow within our team. We're particularly interested in:
Clinicians willing to conduct 25+ sessions weekly
Behavioral health professionals who are open to seeing a range of clients, including couples and children, with our guidance
Professionals who appreciate autonomy yet thrive in a team environment
Individuals interested in stepping into clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Those with strong integrity, transparency, and a dedication to quality care
Specialty Population offered based on client demand.
Preferred Specialties:
Licensed therapists specializing in Child and Adolescent Therapy and/or Play Therapy
Qualifications:
A valid and unrestricted LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist license in Maryland
Applicants must reside in Maryland and possess a license for providing services within the state
Compensation:
Earn up to $98,900, based on your level of licensure, session volume, and available bonus opportunities.
