By joining the program, you will get the opportunity to: Participate in a full-time company sponsored Leadership Development Program Gain a systems-perspective of Boeing as you rotate across the company to learn more about our services, products and value streams Lead teams of varying sizes in a variety of situations and environments Gain support and build relationships with the larger LGO/Tauber alumni network at the company Position Responsibilities: Rotate positions every 12-18 months Develop and execute projects and process plans, implement policies/procedures, and set operational goals Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manage, develop and motivate the teams that you are leading Some of these positions the employer is willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience supporting business operations (or a similar position) for a global organization Experience collaborating across functions and organizational levels Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports Experience in a role that required excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to constantly evolving priorities Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
