Calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reimbursement. Trial preparation, and overall assistance with litigation processes and procedures. Time entry, transcription of dictation and overall file maintenance. Qualified applicants will have: 5+ years law firm experience in litigation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and styling documents, ability to create table of authorities and table of contents. Experience with billing, electronic filing in state and federal courts, docket management, and trial experience. Experience to produce, review, and format legal documents. Excellent accuracy, grammar, and proofreading skills.
