Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Culinary Server to join our team! Located in St. Michael, MN, our community offers 95 units across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Our residents enjoy engaging activities and a vibrant community atmosphere. Join us in helping our residents Age Magnificently! Shifts Available: Part Time (3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.), every other weekend. Wage: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour Are you compassionate and passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team! Our Culinary Assistants/Servers become part of our family and make a positive impact on our residents' lives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. Your duties include: Setting up room trays and tables, serving and bussing trays, pouring beverages, and assisting in food preparation. Transporting carts and delivering trays as needed. Providing nourishments and snacks appropriately. Maintaining a steady work pace to ensure cleanliness and readiness of dishes and utensils. Washing dishes thoroughly.

Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience in a senior living setting (preferred). Ability to relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff. Advanced computer skills.
