KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to and promote established sales and customer service policies to ensure superior customer satisfaction. Develop a deep understanding of our product range and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance patient consultations. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring a diverse assortment of products and communicating inventory needs to the Store Manager. Support Patient Care Specialists in helping patients find the right products by utilizing your extensive product knowledge. Oversee the accurate receipt of deliveries, ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting discrepancies to the G/P & Inventory Manager. Delegate and manage tasks effectively during shifts, including cash handling, proper documentation, and compliance with security measures. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, promoting open communication within the team. Prepare and send end-of-day update emails and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed accurately. Engage in onboarding and training new Patient Care Specialists in partnership with the Store Manager. Execute all cash and inventory procedures during closing shifts and adhere to all safety protocols. QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Background or education in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispensary, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service roles. Strong computer and technical skills, particularly with retail POS systems and payment processing. Excellent critical thinking, detail orientation, and mathematical skills are essential for managing inventory and cash. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to perform desk-based tasks frequently, with periods of sitting and standing. Occasional lifting, reaching, and moving items up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels.
