As the Lead Shift Supervisor, your role will be pivotal in driving sales by engaging with customers and transforming brand promotions into memorable experiences. This includes executing live events and sampling activities right where consumers shop. You will also provide essential support to leadership, including tasks related to reporting, training, scheduling, event setup and breakdown, as well as assisting in the interviewing and onboarding processes for new team members.
