Qualifications Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure Must have Food Handler's certification. To maintain the accepted standards of food service for all residents of Seacrest Village. Will assist in the supervision of all dining room and coffee house staff according to the standard operating manual. Monitor, prepare and serve all special dietary functions. Properly train, coach, and guide food service employees Be familiar with Jewish dietary laws and assist in the implementation of any rules regarding such dietary laws.
