In this role, you will: Utilize your exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities to lead by example. Demonstrate the behaviors needed for the sales team to deliver genuine, personalized customer service. Drive achievement of sales and customer service goals. Manage essential cash handling tasks, including start and end of day cash reconciliation. Take on the responsibility of opening and closing the store on a schedule. Qualifications: Proven retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry. Ability to deliver authentic and personalized customer service. Experience with retail operations, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing, is a plus. Prior supervisory experience along with coaching and mentoring capabilities is desirable. Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software.
